WITHDRAWAL POLICY

The ANJMLS considers the simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to more than one journal to be unethical and contrary to responsible publication practice. Upon submission, authors acknowledge that the manuscript will be processed under ANJMLS’s editorial, peer-review, and publication ethics policies.

Authors may request withdrawal of a manuscript while it is undergoing editorial processing by submitting a formal written request to the Editorial Office. The withdrawal request must be authorized by all listed authors before the manuscript can be considered formally withdrawn. Until written confirmation of withdrawal is issued by the Editorial Office, the manuscript remains under consideration by ANJMLS, and submission or publication of the same work elsewhere may be treated as a breach of publication ethics. Requests for withdrawal made after peer review or following an editorial decision will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable COPE guidance.
