ADVERTISING AND SPONSORSHIP POLICY

Editorial Independence & Revenue Principles

The Al-Najam Journal of Medical and Life Sciences (ANJMLS) maintains editorial independence from its business operations, revenue sources, advertising arrangements, sponsorships, and other commercial interests. Advertising or external sponsorship arrangements must not influence peer review, manuscript selection, editorial decisions, publication timing, or the scientific content of the journal.

Commercial Interests Do Not Influence Editorial Decisions

Content Separation & Accuracy Mandates

All advertisements, commercial communications, sponsorship disclosures, or promotional material displayed through the ANJMLS digital environment must be accurate, transparent, and clearly distinguishable from scholarly editorial content. ANJMLS maintains appropriate visual and structural separation between commercial material, published research, editorial content, peer-review activities, and information concerning the journal's Editorial Board.

Prohibited Associations: ANJMLS does not knowingly accept advertising, sponsorship, or promotional associations involving products or services that conflict with established medical ethics, scientific integrity, patient safety, public health principles, or applicable laws and regulations. This includes tobacco products, weapons, fraudulent medical claims, and unverified or misleading medical or life-sciences treatments.

Final Discretion & Compliance Authority

Final discretion regarding advertising eligibility, sponsorship arrangements, commercial content, visual placement, compliance requirements, and termination of advertising or sponsorship agreements rests with the ANJMLS Editorial Board and publisher. No commercial agreement may override the journal's editorial, ethical, or peer-review standards.

Advertisements, sponsorships, or other commercial material displayed through the journal's digital environment do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or validation of the advertised product or service by the ANJMLS Editorial Board, the Multidisciplinary Scholarly Advancement and Research MSAR Institute (SMC-Private) Limited, or any affiliated academic or medical institution.
