Open Access Publishing License

All articles published in the Al-Najam Journal of Medical and Life Sciences (ANJMLS) are made available through an open-access publishing model, allowing readers to access published research without subscription barriers, subject to the terms of the applicable publication license.

ANJMLS publishes its articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), unless otherwise stated on the individual article or journal publication page. This license permits broad non-commercial access and reuse while requiring appropriate attribution to the original authors and source.

Under the CC BY-NC 4.0 publishing framework, users are permitted to:

Non-Commercial Restriction: Material published under CC BY-NC 4.0 may not be used for commercial purposes without obtaining separate permission from the applicable rights holder. Users must comply with all conditions of the Creative Commons license when copying, distributing, adapting, or otherwise reusing published material.

Author Rights & Publishing Permissions

Authors retain appropriate rights in their scholarly work subject to the publication agreement and the Creative Commons license applied to the published article. Authors may share and disseminate their published work in accordance with the applicable license terms and journal policies.

Author Sharing: Authors may share the published article through appropriate academic, institutional, or personal channels, provided that the applicable license terms and attribution requirements are respected.
Third-Party Material: Material belonging to third parties may be subject to separate copyright or licensing conditions and is not automatically covered by the license applied to the article as a whole.
Proper Attribution: All reuse must preserve appropriate credit, citation information, and a reference to the applicable license wherever reasonably possible.
