Authors Retain Copyright Ownership Under CC BY-NC 4.0

Authors publishing with the Al-Najam Journal of Medical and Life Sciences (ANJMLS) retain copyright in their scholarly work, subject to the terms of the applicable publication agreement and Creative Commons license. Authors grant ANJMLS the necessary non-exclusive publishing rights to publish, reproduce, communicate, archive, index, and distribute the article through the journal's website, digital platforms, repositories, indexing services, and other legitimate scholarly channels.

Author Rights: Authors may share and disseminate their published work in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons license and ANJMLS publishing policies. Third parties may access, cite, share, and reuse published material subject to the conditions of the applicable license, including appropriate attribution and any non-commercial restrictions.

Rejected or Withdrawn Manuscripts: If a manuscript is rejected or formally withdrawn before publication, ANJMLS does not acquire publication rights in the unpublished manuscript beyond any limited rights necessary to administer the submission, editorial, ethical, or legal processes associated with the manuscript.
